Completion review
The academy checks that the required learning, practical work, workplace evidence and internal assessments have been completed.
Final clearance
Outstanding academic, administrative and financial matters must be resolved before graduation participation is confirmed.
Invitation and RSVP
Eligible graduates receive ceremony information and must respond by the stated deadline.
Graduation day
Graduates arrive prepared, register, participate in the ceremony and celebrate with their guests.

For occupational qualifications: completing the academy programme and attending graduation does not replace the QCTO external assessment or certification requirements that apply to the qualification.

WHAT GRADUATES OFTEN ASK.
When will I receive my invitation?
Invitations are issued after the academy completes the eligibility and clearance review. Eligible graduates will receive the official ceremony information directly.
Can I attend if something is outstanding?
Your place is confirmed only after the required academic, administrative and financial clearance has been completed.
Does graduation mean my QCTO certificate is ready?
Not necessarily. For occupational qualifications, QCTO assessment and certification requirements operate separately from the academy graduation ceremony.
How many guests may I bring?
Guest limits depend on the venue and will be stated in the official invitation. Do not assume the limit used for an earlier ceremony.
What should I wear?
